We don't share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights. We don't store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information that is strictly necessary to provide the E.D.I.T.H bot services to your Discord server. This includes:

• Discord IDs: We store Guild IDs, User IDs, Channel IDs, and Role IDs to manage configurations, whitelists, and moderation logs.
• Message Content: Messages are temporarily processed in memory for Auto-Moderation and Anti-Raid features. We do not permanently store message content unless it is explicitly logged to your server's designated mod-log channel.
• Dashboard Data: When you log into our dashboard, we receive basic profile information from Discord (username, avatar) to authenticate you.

2. How We Use Information

The information we collect is used solely to operate the bot. This includes enforcing your server's security rules, managing temporary voice channels, executing moderation commands, and providing support. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain configuration data as long as the bot is in your server. If you kick the bot from your server, we will automatically schedule your server's configuration data for deletion from our active databases. You can also request complete data deletion by contacting our support team.
